Our Story
The beginning
This story was initially created by a family of two young athletes from Slovenia, a country renowned for producing world-class sports talent such as Luka Dončić, Tina Maze, Primož Roglič. Peter Prevc and many more.
Our journey began with a simple, yet profound realization: the world of youth sports, particularly tennis, was becoming increasingly intense and competitive, even for children as young as eight. As parents of young athletes, we saw firsthand the pressures and challenges our kids faced. The joy of the game was overshadowed by a relentless focus on early specialization and immediate results. Our son, who once adored tennis, began to feel overwhelmed and overtrained. We knew we had to make a change.
We made the difficult decision …
We made the difficult decision to pull our son out of the traditional tennis training system. It was a daunting move, but we were determined to find an alternative that prioritized his overall well-being and development. Little did we know, this decision would lead us on a journey that would ultimately inspire the creation of Let’s Play Tennis.
Outside the traditional system, we quickly encountered new challenges. Quality coaching and holistic development resources were hard to find, and the costs were staggering. We realized that if we were struggling, many other parents must be facing the same issues. It was then that we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a supportive platform for families like ours.

Let’s Play Tennis was born
As we delved deeper, we discovered that many companies were eager to invest in social impact stories—not just those chasing victories, but those emphasizing the positive, transformative power of sports for children. These companies wanted to be part of something meaningful, something that could make a real difference in young athletes’ lives. This was a revelation for us. We saw an opportunity to connect parents, coaches, clubs, and sponsors, all united by a common goal: to nurture well-rounded, healthy individuals with a love for sports.
A Community of Like-Minded
Soon, other parents began reaching out to us, sharing their own struggles and successes. We realized we weren’t alone; there was a community of like-minded individuals who wanted to see change. Together, we started to weave a bigger, more inclusive story—one that emphasized holistic development, joy, and the true spirit of sports. Let’s Play Tennis was born from this collective vision.
Through unique brand characters and innovative communication tools, we aim to create a vibrant community where parents, sponsors, clubs, and coaches can collaborate and support each other.
Our mission is clear …
…To make an impact on the youth sports landscape, helping children to have the opportunity to enjoy sports without being overwhelmed by pressure and competition. We want to empower parents with the knowledge and resources they need to support their children effectively. We strive to attract sponsors who believe in our vision and are willing to invest in the positive social impact of our project.
Our story is still unfolding, and we invite you to be a part of it. Together, we can create a supportive environment where young athletes can thrive, both on and off the court. Join us in making a difference.
